Anything that involves time or money is usually a decision that your customer doesn’t make alone. It’s usually a spouse/partner/family member that they talk to about it. They are key people in your customer’s life and help your customer make decisions.
Let us give you an example that you can relate to.
You’ve probably had that feeling where you really wanted to do something or buy something, but you needed to run it by your spouse/partner/family first.
You just knew they would have a lot of questions and you didn’t know what to say to them to make sure they see the same value in it as you do.
You know that feeling? What do you do?
The best way to address this is to give your customer tools that they can use to help them when talking to their spouse/partner/family about your products or services. You need to address every question and concern that their spouse/partner/family will have so both your customer and their spouse/partner/family feel good about making the purchase.
